Q. What happens to my resume after I submit it online?
This will depend on why you have submitted your resume:

1) You have applied online for a specific position - If you have applied online for a specific position, your resume will be forwarded to the hiring manager looking after this position and will be placed into the candidate pool for this position. It will also be captured in the general candidates database for future search by other MSD recruiters.

2) You have submitted your resume online as an expression of interest - The resume will go into the MSD database and when the hiring managers are looking for a person to fill a position they will search the database based on the position criteria. If your skills/experience match the criteria, you will be contacted.
