curriculum to meet the needs of different levels of employees.
Members of salesforce are given regular training on products,
marketing awareness and professional communication. Managers
are provided with opportunities to attend Merck's core leadership
program and other in-house management training. In addition,
employees at different levels are constantly involved in cross-functional
