All new employees of MSD NZ receive an Induction Program
tailored specifically to their needs and position. All employees
have an individual development and career plan which is reviewed
and updated annually based on discussion with immediate managers.
Managers participate in a comprehensive Management Development
Program as there is a strong focus on leadership development
at MSD NZ.
