We offer a six-week inductive training program for sales
staff. Competency-based employee training and development
programs are developed based on the needs identified from
individual development discussions between the manager and
the employee. Employees' development needs are not only met
by classroom training, we offer a variety of development resources
which include on-line learning tools, mentoring, project assignments
within and across countries.
