MSD Taiwan offers an on-line orientation course for all newcomers
and a three-week training program for sales and marketing
staff. Employees are also eligible for the educational assistance
program. We believe that learning is a continuous life-long
process and it can be achieved through a variety of means
at different stages of one's career. Apart from training programs
which we offer regularly to the employees, we put employees
in leading or participating cross-functional projects both
within the subsidiary and cross-country to maximize their
exposure.
