Compensation and Benefits
A competitive base salary is offered to all employees as
well as an annual performance-based incentive plan. The guiding
principle of these plans is 'performance pays'. Supported
by an integrated performance management process, employee
performance is tracked and evaluated on ongoing basis through
the establishment of clear and specific measures. To reward
the long term and sustained contribution of our employees,
we offer stock options as part of our 'ownership' principle
so that our people truly feel they are part of our company.
We want them to recognise that 'both their short and long
term contribution makes a difference to the success of the
company ' by reflecting it in the different components of
the reward program.
